I am currently in treatment with the Dental portion of Sun River Health, 3rd floor. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and empathetic. They have explained in detail, every step of the treatment plan, physically and coverage wise. The facility is clean and up to date. Very happy with the services thus far.

I’ve had a really good experience at Sun River Health on Bay Street. The staff is always kind and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. My primary doctor has been especially great always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which I really appreciate!!

The experience overall was wonderful. I had the pleasure to be seen with the Dr. Sara Khan. She was respectful, caring, and empathetic to my concerns. Likes to be thorough and tries her best to help the patients needs.

Visited Sun River Health and had a really good experience. Staff was kind and the PA was great, patient, clear, and easy to talk to. But hopefully I stay healthy and won’t have a reason to visit again anytime soon.

Don’t understand why taxpayers dollars are allocated to place’s like these making healthcare irrelevant . Took my grand daughter n due to tooth pain which was last week but they couldn’t see her as a emergency so they made her a appointment for today which didn’t include cleaning which I check off for her to have .. she was out the door less than 5-10 min… once I sat diwn she was done … Entities like these that gravitate over taxpayer dollars but only support a certain group of people which is observed to me. She didn’t receive no good service at all .. it’s kind of sad and this is what Trump was talking about. It’s no good healthcare services no more it’s all about who you know and the majority who you know, you know the African-Americans we get the bottom of the barrel so this message is from my African-American people. I did not like the energy I feel like the staff a carry on classless and very unprofessional and chatty and then when you go to the third floor dental, they act like they entitled I never seen a group of people act so entitled in my like they didn’t get their break out moment from African-Americans and that’s all I’m gonna say and then act entitled you will never

The 3rd floor smells disgusting, there are no staff up in the 3rd floor to help and assist you with anything. The staff are pretty rude, salty, and sassy. They give you dirty looks and they look like they are definitely NOT happy with even having a job, looks pretty depressing. There’s also no parking so it will be very difficult to find a parking space. Fix the smell, and FIX YOUR STAFF.

It is near impossible to book an appointment for something so simple. This new AI phone system does not work at all. I message on the app and no one replies. I press the call back decision and no one calls back. My provider is a helpful one but trying to get to see him is almost near impossible. Fix your booking system please!

I had to completely terminate my time with all of the providers at Sun River Health SI. They, on the whole, do not show their patients respect.The medical doctor was so old, he couldn't find the orifice of my ear. The psychiatric nurse practitioner, Benito Joseph, lied about the purpose of his mandatory lab tests, lied about the time a medication took to show results, and misrepresented my personal information on a shared chart. It is a shame that when patients are looking for true growth and development, they are treated as numbers, not human. I highly recommend avoiding this office, especially if you wish your mental or physical health needs to be addressed with professionalism.
